Game

Servers

Almost every tournament, ELO match, and clan war in this archive was played on HiveMC or FieldMC — the exceptions are the unofficial Splegg tournaments played on Spleedy since 2025. This page also covers the other servers Splegg has lived on along the way.

Tip: coloured, dotted-underlined player names are clickable and open that player's profile.

The Hive

2013–2021

Where Splegg started and lived for almost its entire competitive history. Splegg launched on HiveMC in July 2013 and stayed the game's home through ISA, STA, and EGA's entire run — every World Cup, Major, and Doubles/Triples Tournament covered by this archive up to 2021 was played here. Hive shut itself down on 15 April 2021, taking Splegg down with it.

Splegg League

2020

A short-lived community server run by ThugSlayins and hobo from March to May 2020, running alongside Hive during Splegg's ISA/STA era. It folded within a couple of months amid drama, abuse allegations, and corruption scandals.

FieldMC

2021–2024

Splegg's next home after Hive shut down. Run by Aslan, FieldMC launched Splegg as a new gamemode in July 2021 and built it out from there: 1v1 duels, a ranked ELO ladder with best-of-five matches, a growing map pool, tokens and cosmetic shovels, and premium ranks funded through its store. It hosted the Gabriel 'GSP' Szara Memorial Cup in January 2022.

Money troubles closed the server in March 2022, but it came back online at fieldmc.pro in May 2023. With Joaquel as developer, FieldMC then shipped the best and most competitive Splegg plugin ever deployed, lifting the skill ceiling and getting people grinding its leaderboards daily. That November it ran the Splegg Event Hub's Splegg Major Autumn, crowned by ExodePendragon.

A full lobby revamp, built by Kikita, Cian, Jammo, Shaxd, and vafli, was ready to launch alongside a run of follow-up events after the November 2023 season finale: a One-in-the-Chamber tournament, a new-maps One-Day-Cup, a boxing event, a multi-week Pyramid event, and a big Christmas announcement. None of it ever rolled out. The server's owners and mlli went inactive before the plans could launch, and FieldMC closed for good in early 2024.

Glacium

2025–present

Run by Alyssa at mc.glacium.net, Glacium opened in August 2025 as primarily a Spleef server and gave Splegg its own official release on 11 April 2026.

It is arguably the best of today's Minecraft servers for the game, but it isn't on par with Hive or FieldMC's standards. Nobody grinds ranked the way they used to on the old plugins, and Splegg there hasn't grown into an active community yet.

Discord

Spleedy

2024–present

A Minecraft minigames server from the CIS region, mainly Ukraine and Russia. Running since 2024, it is mainly a Spleef server, with a strong focus on Spleef in small arenas. It is hosted in the Netherlands so the South American Spleef community can play on it too.

Gamemodes: Spleef, Splegg, BowSpleef and Parkour. Spleedy hosted the 2025 Splegg Return Championship and, from March 2026, the SPL Open League and SPL Pro League. All three are unofficial, but a few strong players from the original Splegg community took part.

The server is owned by Yakudze. Its Splegg plugin is very uncompetitive, and the server is mostly useful for the casual tournaments it organizes. It is also known as an extremely toxic place: hate speech, insults and discrimination against beginners are common, even from the staff team, and it is home to closet cheaters. Outside the CIS community, nobody really sees it as more than a venue for tournaments.
